ABOUT ME

I've worked in every facet of education from being a PERA and substitute to  being a classroom teacher.  As a new teacher there were so many things I wish someone would have shared with me to make the journey easier in those first few years.  THAT's the reason for this blog...  I hope to share tidbits that I have found resourceful and beneficial to developing my teaching practice.  Above all, I'm a student and love to learn.  As a teacher, I understand there has to be an easier way than recreating the wheel everyday.  This site is a collaborative effort. to share resources, knowledge and collective wisdom.  As educators  we teach 2  EMPOWER our students.  Let's move one step farther and collaborate that energy  with others to EMPOWER 2 teach.
